Description

Responsible for the accounts payable function assuring it is handled accurately, timely, and in the most efficient manner possible. 

Under limited supervision, perform various tasks for the Portfolio Management Officer.  Responsible for assisting the PMO in daily tasks and department functions in a timely and efficient manner.  Expected to deliver customer service as outlined in our “customer pledge” and “customer service standards”. 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

General:

  • Black Diamond setup and administration. Setup and manage customer accounts, Troubleshoot login issues with customers via phone and email. Maintain database.
  • Daily overdraft list – review list of all over drafted investment accounts and work with Portfolio Management Officer to clear overdrafts.
  • Investment Committee – attend and actively participate in meetings.  Prepare agenda and necessary reports.
  • Enter trades into trading software – Process trades for customer withdrawals/deposits, customer requests, and strategy changes across the department.
  • Completion of annual reviews – Complete account reviews administratively and work with Portfolio Management Officer on any actionable items.

OTHER:

  • Attend/complete required annual training.
  • Actively involved in community activities.
  • Participates when possible, in FOFS/bank activities.
  • Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the FOFS and its functions.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:  

Required:  Ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and professionally with all types of calls, and person-to-person contact with officers, other staff members, and customers of the FOFS.  Good typing skills and knowledge of applicable PC software, including knowledge of Word and Excel.  Must possess a high degree of personal integrity, have a great attention for details and the ability to multi-task or handle interruptions.  Must exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, tact, patience, and professionalism.  Must, always, maintain confidentiality of Bank’s records and customer transactions.  Additional requirements are excellent phone etiquette, excellent verbal communication skills, should be customer-service driven, professional appearance.

WORK DAYS:  Monday - Friday 
WORK HOURS: 8 am to 5 pm
