Administrative support role for the First Option Financial Services department of First Option Bank serving as the initial point of contact for FOFS customers both on the phone and in person.  Under limited supervision, performs various administrative services for First Option Financial Services ensuring that customers receive prompt attention which meets their financial/business needs and displays exceptional customer service. Expected to deliver customer service as outlined in our “customer pledge” and “customer service standards”.



  • Prepare new account documents and operations documents
  • Send confirmation letters
  • Prepare presentations for client meetings (money guide/reports)
  • Track customer contact and record notes in CRM (Redtail)
  • First point of customer contact - answer phone and greet/assist walk-in customers
  • Schedule client meetings
  • Departmental scheduling – meetings and employee in/out
  • Customer mailings (track birth dates, anniversary, special occasion)
  • Maintaining file record system



  • Attend/complete required annual training.
  • Actively involved in community activities.
  • Participates when possible in FOFS/bank activities.
  • Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the FOFS and its functions.
Ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and professionally with all types of calls, and person-to-person contact with officers, other staff members, and customers of the FOFS.  Good typing skills and knowledge of applicable PC software.  Must possess a high degree of personal integrity, have a great attention for details and the ability to multi-task or handle interruptions.  Additional requirements are excellent phone etiquette, excellent verbal communication skills, should be customer-service driven, professional appearance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively, verbally with others in person and on the telephone, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to finger and handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects.  The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.   This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.  Limited travel will be required for attending training which is located off bank grounds.

 Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
